Use of Mouse Embryonic Stem Cells Expressing miRNAs
The Laboratory Animal Sciences Program manages the expansion, processing, and distribution of 1,501 genetically engineered mouse embryonic stem cell lines harboring conditional microRNA transgenes through the NCI Mouse Repository. The Laboratory Animal Sciences Program makes strains available to all members of the scientific community (academic, nonprofit, and commercial). Sufficient basic consultation with a subject matter expert is included with the service.
