Dhirendra Simanshu, Ph.D.

The Scientific Partners Distinguished Lecture Series hosted by Georgetown University and the Frederick National Laboratory present the next seminar in the 2022-2023 series: "Structural and Mechanistic Insights into the RAS-Mediated RAF Activation" from Dhirendra Simanshu, Ph.D., Team Lead - RAS Structural Biology, RAS Initiative, Frederick National Laboratory.

Simanshu studies the structure of RAS, an oncogene that drives about 30% of all cancers. His research has helped provide insights into how RAS functions and interacts with other components, including a recent study that "sheds light" in a critical step in RAS-driven cancers.
