Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to refurbish areas on the second floor of B and D Wings at the Advanced Technology Research Facility (ATRF) for the purposes of creating laboratory and support space, SeroNet (Permanent), in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings in Section J.

Contact the POC above for the solicitation package. Pre-bid Teleconferences and Site Visits: A pre-bid teleconference #1 will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. A pre-bid site visit walk #1 will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at 1:00 pm. An additional pre-bid teleconference #2 will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. An additional pre-bid site visit walk #2 will be held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Attendance at one of the pre-bid teleconferences and one of the site visits is mandatory. All technical and business-related questions are due by Friday, January 7, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
