Description
ATRF, Renovate Rooms D1025 and D1034 at the Advanced Technology Research Center (ATRF). This contract is awarded by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. (Leidos Biomed), a subsidiary of Leidos Corporation, a Delaware corporation with offices in Frederick, MD. The effort to be performed will be part of Leidos Biomed's Prime Contract HHSN261200800001E that has been issued by the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health, Frederick, MD. The provisions and clauses contained herein are influenced by and reflect the relationship of the parties in that contract which was awarded and is administered under the provision of the Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR). There is no privity of contract between the Contractor and the Government.
Description of Work: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to renovate Rooms D1025 and D1034 at the Advanced Technology Research Center (ATRF) in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Drawings.
Proposal Instructions
A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on Monday, August 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the ATRF, Conference Room E-1202. An additional site visit will be held on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. at the ATRF, Conference Room E-1202. All questions/RFIs are due by 8/29/17. Email offers are acceptable.
