Description

To contribute towards the goals of the Human Cancer Model Initiative (HCMI), the scope of this solicitation is to generate and deliver to the research community, optimized and validated human CRISPR gene modification reagents for all transcribed genes for the purpose of whole genome screening in Next Generation Cancer Models (NGCMs). Reagents and protocols shall be developed and optimized for use in multiple NGCMs (across different model types such as organoids, neurosphere, conditionally reprogrammed cells, etc., and across different cancers), and shared with the community, along with quality parameters and data demonstrating efficacy of the developed CRISPR reagent.

Proposal Instructions
