- NCI OA Contract Number 75N91019D00024 – NCI-FFRDC
Description
Request for Information (RFI) for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Based on responses, a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) may be issued.
The Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, a Federally Funded Research and Development Center, currently operated by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. for the National Cancer Institute, is seeking information. The intent of this RFI is to obtain Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates to perform integrated DMPK and toxicology profiling activities to support the advancement of medicinal chemistry lead candidates for small-molecule therapeutic programs targeting rare and neglected diseases. Sources sought would potentially provide scientific, technical, and operational capabilities necessary to conduct in vitro ADME profiling, pharmacokinetic evaluations, bioanalytical testing, pharmacological profiling, and non-GLP toxicology studies to support lead optimization, candidate selection, and preclinical development activities.
