Strain Description: Absence of Mdm2 and/or MdmX induces embryonic lethality that can be rescued fully by co-deletion of p53. These mice present tumor at the same rate and incidence as p53-null mice, and are useful in dissecting p53-independent roles for Mdm proteins in development and homeostasis.
