At-cost services

Technical Services Program

The Frederick National Laboratory is home to scientific expertise and technological capabilities available nowhere else. Through the Technical Services Program, external investigators can access these unique capabilities and services at cost.

Datasets & Computational Tools

Access datasets, code repositories, computational tools, and more, developed by our investigators and collaborators.

CRISPR & gene-editing tools

The dbGuide is a database of validated guide RNA sequences that have been used in gene-editing experiments in human and mouse cells.

The sgRNA Scorer is a web tool that identifies putative sites and assigns a predicted activity based on our new support vector machine model.

Clinical Trials Reporting Program

Comprehensive database on all interventional NCI-funded clinical trials to help identify gaps and duplicate studies in clinical research, facilitate clinical trial prioritization, and standardize trial data capture and sharing.

Clinical Trials Reporting Program

SIV/SHIV Barcode Analysis Tool

An R-script with associated support files to demultiplex next-generation sequencing and determine the abundance of individually barcoded SIV/SHIV viral lineages.

Scientific Standards Hub

The Scientific Standards Hub strives to increase the reproducibility of data in the scientific community. By establishing and sharing standards and reference reagents for various scientific disciplines, we want to encourage the adoption of these benchmarks among researchers.

Disease-specific services

In addition to cancer research, Frederick National Laboratory investigators study HIV/AIDS and infectious diseases. They develop technologies and resources that are available to the biomedical research community.

COVID-19

Researchers can access SARS-CoV-2 serology materials, PBMCs, and serum.

HPV

Request HPV Serology materials, including the Serology Reference Standard & Proficiency Panel.

Tuberculosis

Through the Technical Service Program, FNL investigators measure levels of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in nonhuman primate tissue specimens.
