A project management mindset can help us relieve some of this stress by adapting classic tools, techniques, and strategies to help us manage our busy lives. Join me as we explore a few root causes of this overwhelm and the project management approaches that can lead to a less stressful week.

Michellene Kerr-Gordon is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with nearly 20 years’ experience leading increasing complex multi-year engagements for large health care organizations. She began her career in Baltimore, Maryland with Johns Hopkins Medicine International working with clients in the Middle East, in particular the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. In her current role as Manager of Care Delivery Program Management for Bon Secours Mercy Health, she helped the CVO and MSOs across the enterprise’s entire footprint transition from three disparate legacy credentialing platforms to one and is currently rolling out their new onboarding concierge program. She is Loyola University Maryland Greyhound and a proud member of the class of 2007. She also holds an MBA from the University of Maryland’s R.H. Smith School of Business.
