Description

1. Provide support to identify members of neutralizing antibody lineages for a specified disease target, observe and analyze antibody affinity maturation in humans and experimental animals. Results will be provided in the form of figures or reports using templates/formats as agreed upon by the VRC and Subcontractor to support future publication. The following tasks will be performed in support of this requirement:
1.a. Repertoire Analysis: basic bioinformatic processing of NGS samples, including per animal germline gene analysis, germline annotation of all transcripts and summary statistics of the sampled antibody repertoire
1.b. Phylogenetic analysis: identification of transcripts from a specific lineage and phylogenetic analysis of the lineage of NGS samples

2. The Subcontractor will provide Cryo-EM support to include microscope time using samples provided by VRC. Support will include producing Cryo-EM images for analysis by VRC investigators. Images and image data files will be provided to the VRC.
