Proposal Instructions

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to accomplish the carpet/flooring services as required at the FNLCR and other off campus locations within the Frederick area in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work, dated 9/30/2021.
No Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled. However, offerors desiring a site visit may contact the party in Block 7 to schedule.
All technical and business-related questions are due by October 8, 2021 at 3:00 pm.
