Detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA
ACVP-16
- Measures levels of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) DNA in tissue specimens from Mtb-infected or Mtb/SIV co-infected macaques.
- Performs quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing for Mtb DNA in specimens from non-human primates.
Acceptance criteria:
- Frozen specimens should be prepared and provided according to mandatory specimen preparation, labelling, and shipment instructions.
