Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (REFERENCE SECTION M)

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to provide construction services to include but not limited to lab renovations, office renovations, demolition, drywall, framing, mechanical, HVAC, electrical services, etc. The performance of work will be performed at the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research (FNLCR) on Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD, as well as off-site leased locations in the Frederick area. Task Orders will be awarded on a fixed price basis.

The period of performance shall be from 08/31/2024 though 08/30/25.

Performance will be at the direction of the Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. Contracting Officer via Task Orders

Proposal Instructions

Please contact the POC above for the solicitation package. A pre-bid conference/site visit will be held in Bldg. 350 Conference Room B on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. An additional pre-bid conference will be held in Bldg. 350 Conference Room B on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Attendance of one of the pre-bid conferences is mandatory. Please contact the POC with your intention to attend the site visit.
