Description

The goal is the development and validation of three types of immunogenicity assays: Enzymatic Immunoassays (EIA, commonly referred to as Anti-Drug Antibody [ADA] assays), ELISpot assays, and Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) assays that will require the development and validation of the assays and the testing of clinical samples, collected before and after treatment with an AAV-GOI product.
