Our Recruitment Process

Getting started — You can begin by viewing current job openings. From this link you can also create a profile, apply online, and register for job alerts. Confirmation email — We will send you an automated confirmation email to let you know your application was successful.

Prescreen — A recruiter will review your resume/CV. Prescreen questions are sent to the most qualified candidates via email. If you receive these questions, please respond promptly. A recruiter will review your responses and determine the next step. The recruiter will inform you if your resume and prescreen responses are forwarded to the hiring manager for review.

Interview — The hiring manager reviews resumes and selects candidates for further evaluation. You will be contacted via phone or email for an interview. Your interview may be via phone, videoconference, or in person. More than one interview may be scheduled before the offer decision is made.

Offer — If you are selected for a position, a recruiter will present a verbal offer. Upon your acceptance, we will send a written offer letter and onboarding package. Onboarding – New employees attend a two-day orientation program in Frederick, MD.
