Across the many different science programs at FNLCR, researchers work in concert with government scientists and
external collaborators to advance research in cancer and AIDS, identify unmet needs, develop novel experimental
approaches, and implement new technologies. To accomplish this, FNLCR scientific programs frequently collaborate
with investigators across a broad spectrum of scientific and biomedical research disciplines. For details and

The FNLCR is part of a national initiative targeting RAS genes, which underlie approximately 30 percent
of all cancers and 95 percent of pancreatic cancers.
