Visiting Scholar Opportunities

There are two ways to express an interest in becoming an FNL Visiting Scholar in the fiscal year (FY) 2013 program. For either path, the prospective Visiting Scholar is asked to submit an Expression of Interest to initiate the application process.

Laboratory-Proposed Opportunities

Visiting Scholar Opportunities (VSOs) describe specific challenges in cancer research for which FNL programs are seeking Visiting Scholars. Applicant-Proposed Opportunity

If you are interested in visiting the Frederick National Laboratory, but none of the specific VSOs closely align with your research focus, you may submit an Applicant-Proposed Expression of Interest. The submission should align with the Frederick National Laboratory's mission, research programs, and capabilities. Examples of programmatic foci include:
